How long do ornaments take to finish?

Our ornaments are custom-made with attention to detail and typically require up to 5 business days to be shipped. During peak seasons, the processing time can extend to as much as 7 days, as the ornaments need additional time to be crafted and properly cured. The curing process is the most time-consuming step, ensuring the highest quality and durability of each piece before it is sent out.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order leaves our studio, the delivery time depends on Canada Post. We provide a tracking number for every shipment and always send orders via expedited service. While delivery typically takes no longer than 5 business days, please note that transit times are beyond our control.

Where are you located and can I pick up my order?

We are based in the Durham Region, serving both Oshawa and Clarington. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, simply select Local Pick-up at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email.
